Final Reflection For PYP Exhibition

Exhibition Reflection

This is the last of my PYP exhibition reflections. It was a very fun time working with my group for my topic addiction. I was really rushed on the day we set up on the set up day. We started with making questions and making our lines of inquiries. I was really relaxed on the first few week s of exhibition because I thought I had enough time to complete the exhibition. The teacher weren’t though they were worrying about that we were one we behind. In the next few weeks we made a central idea it was ‘Emotions and Feeling Overtake Our Actions’. I actually didn’t really get to come up with it because I was in Melbourne.

We started to have a Tudor every Wednesday before lunch, our mentor was called Miss Khudugt she was very nice and was very good at tutoring us. We started forgetting that we needed to go there. Suddenly we remembered one day but when we got there she wasn’t there. We went there every week not seeing her. One week we saw her in Mrs Starling’s room. We then started to research and find information, with our Tudor back we could get things do easier and quicker. I was very confident with all the information I got from the internet. I wrote six full pages of information in only one week. We then started making conclusions. The are basically fact sheets of information.

After we finished with the fact sheets we did our action part of our exhibition we got a booklet and we started filling it out. We decided that we will write an article on the school bell about screen time so it will cause awareness to parents and teachers who read the school bell. We will probably do another action by making a raising awareness video to the students about how screen time is bad. We chose to do another one because not much students read the bell. This should make a great impact in the school.

When we set up for the exhibition we were very rushed and did some last arrangements. On the night we did a lot of talking. Exhibition was very fun I, loved it a lot.
